Contest Rules 94-5 XKR contests are open to all listeners who live in the Northwest Ohio – Southeast Michigan area and are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise noted. Employees of 94-5 XKR, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Toledo area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Listeners may win a 94-5 XKR contest only once every thirty days. Only one winner per household per contest. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months. Contest prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, and you may be required to sign and IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent. 94-5 XKR reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement. Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WXKR, 3225 Arlington Avenue, Toledo Ohio 43614.
